Had some good access to shoot 17 Monks from the original Shaolin Temple in China performing their show 'Sutra' which explores their philosophy behind the Shaolin tradition.

The usual wings were screened off to give the audience the impression they were performing inside a giant cube. The only place I could shoot was from the back wing entrance to the stage. The performance was also under very dim lighting which required the full gamut of low light techniques. Pretty blown away by the fitness and agility of these guys and how they all worked so well together. Worth a look next time they're in town.
